Hobart Eats: Providence Cafe

Located just round the corner from the bustling stretch of North Hobart eateries, Providence Cafe is a quiet, unassuming little place that serves up great coffee and honest food. Because it's slightly off the beaten track (ok not really, its just away from the main food belt so if not for urbanspoon, we probably would never have heard/chanced upon it), I think their customers are mostly
