Ethos, as the name suggests, is an ethical/sustainable food concept restaurant. Very much like Garagistes, Ethos sources food from local producers and the menu changes very frequently to reflect the produce they had procured for that day/week?
Ever since it opened 2 years ago, its been one of the most talked about restaurants in town, and was highly recommended by some of Elvine's colleagues.
